More About the Alphamar 12 Reel

An anti-distortion spool and synchronised level wind are found with this machine. I particularly appreciate the Alphamar 12's dual anti reverse, and bearing system consisting of 3 ball bearings and 1 roller bearing. The reel has a line capacity of 420m of 0.33 line, and weighs 502g. Since I do a lot of offshore fishing, I need a reel that's strong, tough, and able to withstand adverse conditions.
